Shipping

Our materials are printed and assembled locally. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Large items such as the Timeline of Life and Mural of Life ship rolled or folded to protect them in transit.

Returns

Because our materials are printed and made to order, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shanna@vmtec.org and we’ll make it right with a replacement or repair.
